It takes two wings for an eagle to fly. If an eagle were to try to fly with just one wing he would only spin around in circles on the ground. The same is true with many people who are trying to soar spiritually on their faith, but have not added patience. These just keep going around in circles, getting more and more frustrated and kicking up a lot of dust. Any truth that we teach without this counter balancing truth, will lead us to frustration, not fulfillment.

Awesome Conversation between God And a Man. Read it and don’t forget to share it with your friends.
Man: God, can I ask You a question?
God: Sure
Man: Promise You won’t get mad …
God: I promise
Man: Why did You let so much stuff happen to me today?
God: What do u mean?
Man: Well, I woke up late
God: Yes
Man: My car took forever to start
God: Okay
Man: at lunch they made my sandwich wrong & I had to wait
God: Huummm
Man: On the way home, my phone went DEAD, just as I picked up a call
God: All right
Man: And on top of it all off, when I got home ~I just want to soak my feet in my new foot massager & relax. BUT it wouldn’t work!!! Nothing went right today! Why did You do that?
God: Let me see, the death angel was at your bed this morning & I had to send one of My Angels to battle him for your life. I let you sleep through that
Man (humbled): OH
GOD: I didn’t let your car start because there was a drunk driver on your route that would have hit you if you were on the road.
Man: (ashamed)
God: The first person who made your sandwich today was sick & I didn’t want you to catch what they have, I knew you couldn’t afford to miss work.
Man (embarrassed): Okay
God: Your phone went dead bcuz the person that was calling was going to give false witness about what you said on that call, I didn’t even let you talk to them so you would be covered.
Man (softly): I see God
God: Oh and that foot massager, it had a shortage that was going to throw out all of the power in your house tonight. I didn’t think you wanted to be in the dark.
Man: I’m Sorry God
God: Don’t be sorry, just learn to Trust Me…. in All things , the Good & the bad.
Man: I will trust You.
God: And don’t doubt that My plan for your day is Always Better than your plan.
Man: I won’t God. And let me just tell you God, Thank You for Everything today.
God: You’re welcome child. It was just another day being your God and I Love looking after My Children…

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealers showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study, told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and how much he loved him. He handed him a beautifully wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with his name embossed in gold. Angrily, he raised his voice to his father and said,"With all your money you give me a Bible?" He stormed out of the house, leaving the Bible behind. Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old. He thought perhaps he should go to him.He had not seen him since that graduation day. But before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to him. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things. When he arrived at his father's house, sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father's important documents and saw the Bible, new, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. His father had carefully underlined a verse, Matt 7:11, "And if ye, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Heavenly Father which is in Heaven, give to those who ask Him?" As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealers name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words... PAID IN FULL. How many times do we miss God's blessings because they are not packaged as we expected?
My name is God. You hardly have time for me. I love you and always bless u. I am always with you. I need you to spend 30 mins of your time with Me today. Don't pray. Just praise.

\nMaybe the day to start following the dreams God put in your heart is today, but things may not change dramatically. The path to a fulfilled dream is filled with ordinary days brimming with ordinary chores and surrendered to an extraordinary God.

\nFrom radio show, "Everyday Life with Lysa & Renee," a production of Proverbs 31 Ministries.
Once a group of 500 people were attending a seminar. Suddenly the speaker stopped and decided to do a group activity. He started giving each person a balloon. Each person was then asked to write their name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.
The people were then let into that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written on it within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos.
At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon.
Then, the speaker asked each person to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it. Within minutes everyone had their own balloon.
The speaker then began, "This is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is.
Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness; you will get your own happiness. And this is the purpose of human life...the pursuit of happiness."

\n• It’s easy to confuse SETI with YETI because both relate to creatures that probably don’t exist. The Yeti is a proverbial beast that inhabits the Himalayas and is sometimes called the Abominable Snowman. SETI, on the other hand, stands for “the search for extra-terrestrial intelligence”—the hunt for an intelligent alien who is so unlikely to show up that he might, with some justification, be called “the abominable no-man.” Yet nations around the world are spending eye-watering sums of money looking for him in distant galaxies, and building bigger and better radio telescopes to further their quest. Why, I wonder, would they do that?
\n• Atheists claim that the laws of nature led to the spontaneous creation of a material cosmos. Here we gently point out that even if this were the case, someone or something having a non-material nature would have to create the laws of nature. The atheists’ theories therefore lead logically to the necessity of God.
\n• The “multiverse” concept is a bit like a get-out-of-jail-free card in the game of Monopoly—an escape route from unwelcome difficulties thrown up by modern physics and cosmology. Instead of struggling with the intransigent realities of the one universe we actually know, some think we can explain away these difficulties by invoking a multiverse.
\n• Human beings are the only life form known to worry about death and taxes (the two things that Benjamin Franklin said were inevitable). But although everyone knows that Man is unique, we are constantly assured by experts that we are, after all, nothing but clever apes.
\n• The strange thing about evolution’s common ancestors is that they are amazingly uncommon (“elusive” might be a better word).
\n• We now know that a single gene can code for hundreds of different proteins, so that the characteristics of any species depend primarily not on its genes but on the marvelous control mechanisms that dictates how those genes are expressed.
\n• With a little help from Mark Twain and his talking skeletons, we consider how far fossil remains help us trace our human ancestry. We’ll find that the neat progression from apes to humans, proposed by Darwinian “common descent” and presented as fact in our school books, is a myth of major proportions.
\n• What is the relationship between the physical human brain and the non-material human mind? Psychologists and philosophers call this “the hard question” because no convincing naturalistic explanation can be given.
\n• To an atheist, a scientific worldview is utterly incompatible with a religious worldview. To a Christian, a biblical worldview embraces both science and faith in a God who has created all things and continues to sustain them.
\n• What really happened in the Garden of Eden? Did Adam and Eve actually exist, and were they truly the progenitors of the whole human race as the Bible claims?
\n• Not without reason, Mark Twain declared, “I cannot help feeling disappointed in Adam and Eve.” According to the Bible, they (and they alone) were created in the image of God and should surely have done better than they did. We explore the cause of their failure.
\n• Why are human beings unique? According to the Bible, we are unique because among created things only Man bears God’s image.
\n• We have to choose between three options: Jesus was either mad, bad, or God (to paraphrase C. S. Lewis’ famous “trilemma”). In this chapter we consider his historical reality, his own claims, the beliefs of his followers, the moral magnificence of his teaching and, crucially, some of the factual evidence that supports his extraordinary claims.
\n• The claims of Christ culminate in one final astounding prediction: “I lay down my life that I may take it again. No one takes it from me but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down and I have power to take it again”. In our final chapter we shall see if the claim stands up to the tests of history, consistency, and logic.

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.\n
\n\n
\nHe invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.\n
\n\n
\nA few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.\n
\n\n
\nAs the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!\n
\n\n
\nMORAL :\n
\nLife is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.\n
\n\n
\nRemember the five simple rules to be happy:\n
\n\n
\n1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.\n
\n\n
\n2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happens.\n
\n\n
\n3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.\n
\n\n
\n4. Give more.\n

\n5. Expect less from people but more from yourself.\n

Proverbs 31 Ministries:
"My email was supposed to be a prayer request, but it started out sounding more like an apology. I needed friends to pray, but I hesitated to ask. I didn't want my request to be a burden for anyone.
My husband was having health problems and a biopsy done that week, but I wasn’t sure if it was going to be anything serious in the end. I just knew that I didn’t want to walk through it alone or in my own strength. Fifteen minutes after I sent the email several friends started telling me they were praying. Not only did they pray - they thanked me for sharing what was going on and for letting them be there for me.
For someone who hates to impose on others, I need to remember that asking for prayer isn't about putting burdens on my friends. It's about letting them walk by my side down a path that I was never intended to walk alone.” ~ Renee Swope

Joshua B Douglass:
I have to share this story! I was traveling on Delta Airlines Flight Number 1772 from Atlanta, Georgia to Phoenix, Arizona when there was a medical emergency on board. An older gentleman began having what appeared to be heart problems, and he went unconscious. I watched strangers from all over the world and every ethnicity come to the help of this man for over an hour! Whether it was chest compressions, starting an IV, helping breathe life into this man, or praying everyone helped! I listened to shock after shock from the AED machine and still no pulse. No one gave up. I observed people praying and lifting this man up to the Lord in a way that I've never seen before. The crew of Delta Airlines were amazing. They acted in a fast and professional manner! Then all of a sudden, I observed a guy walking down the aisle. That guy was Tim Tebow. He met with the family as they cried on his shoulder! I watched Tim pray with the entire section of the plane for this man. He made a stand for God in a difficult situation. The plane landed in Phoenix and that was the first time they got a pulse back! Please share this with your friends! Pray for this man and his family, and also thank God that we still have people of faith who in times of difficulty look to the Lord!

Bad things happen...it's a fact of life. How you deal with them speaks on your faith in God. Even through the dark and treacherous times of your life He is here with arms wide open full of grace, mercy, forgiveness and salvation. You must know that it is you that leaves Him not He who leaves you. Prayer is a key tool for you to have and use in your spiritual toolbox. In Habakkuk 3 we have a great example of this tool. As you read it, focus on verses 18-19. Why? Because you will read about the bad, dark and treacherous times, but because of Habakkuk's faith he overcame as read in 18-19. How? Through his faith...that's how. Say this aloud today. "Through my bad, dark and treacherous moments I will pull out my tool of prayer and unconditionally rejoice in the Lord! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation! The Sovereign Lord is my Strength!" I believe it and receive this tool. Will you?
Sometimes we are not tempted through our weakness – but our strengths. The devil tempted Jesus when he was in the wilderness when he was strong. Jesus had power over stones, all kingdoms and even angles. But Satan wanted him to use his power without regard to his mission, which was to resist sin so he could offer salvation to God’s people. When we give into the devil and wrongly use our strengths, we have become proud and self-reliant. When we trust in our own powers, we feel little need for our God and Savior. To avoid this trap, we must realize that all of our strengths are God’s gifts to us and we must dedicate those strengths to his service.

Knowing and obeying God’s Word is an effective weapon against temptation. The only offensive weapon provided in Scripture is the Christians “armor” in Ephesians. Jesus used Scripture to counter Satan’s attacks – and so should we. But to use it effectively, we must have faith in God’s promises because Satan also know Scripture and is adept at twisting it to suit his purposes. Obeying the Scripture is more important than simply having a verse to quote – you must apply it to your life. When you do – your “sword” will always be sharp!
Ephesians 6:12-20 New Living Translation (NLT)
“For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.
And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should.”

Overheard a mother today talking about the kids getting out of school. I said I guess you'll be glad when they are out for the summer. She said NO I'm already counting the days till they start back in August. I don't think my Mom ever felt that way about us in school, and I sure know that I didn't feel that way about our boys. On a positive note. Was in Walmart today. Saw two of my friends together....but they didn't know each other. One of them saw the other in a wheelchair and was having trouble getting the things on her list. She asked her for the list and together they got the things that she needed. FOLKS, that's exactly what we're here for.....helping each other. That's more CHURCH WORK than you can ever do setting in a pew on Sunday morning....she was being a CIA....Christian in action.Overheard a mother today talking about the kids getting out of school. Give people you don’t know a fair chance. – When you look at a person, any person, remember that everyone has a story. Everyone has gone through something that has changed them, and forced them to grow. Every passing face on the street represents a story every bit as compelling and complicated as yours. We meet no ordinary people in our lives. If you give them a chance, everyone has something amazing to offer. So appreciate the possibility of new relationships as you naturally let go of old ones that no longer work. Trust your judgment. Embrace new relationships, knowing that you are entering into unfamiliar territory. Be ready to learn, be ready for a challenge, and be ready to meet someone that might just change your life forever. - http://www.marcandangel.com

How important really is sleep? In Nakaseke Uganda, there are homes where as many as four children must share one mattress, the children struggling to keep still for fear of being pushed off during the night. Many families own mattresses so old that there are literally holes worn right through them. Some mattresses are covered in stains that refuse to be removed despite dozens of washes. Others have been torn apart, the pieces piled together each night to create some semblance of a mattress to sleep on. Further still, some students and parents sleep on the dirt grounds of their homes, as they simply don’t have enough mattresses to go around.
Simone's Kids believes we can change this situation for our students. Today we are launching, Sleep First, a campaign to get our children off the ground and on a mattress. One donation of $50 will provide a mattress, bed sheets, blanket, and mosquito net to one student and their family. But we can’t do it alone. Will you help us put Sleep First?

Matthew 5:13-14 King James Version
13 “Ye are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out and to be trodden under foot of men.
14 “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.
